At the YMCA, there are a variety of options for anybody looking to get into shape.We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting.
There are classes designed for all fitness levels and needs. Group exercise classes are generally for all levels with different variations for each level unless specified in the brochure.
