Parent's Night Out

GROUP RUNNING SERIES


Y Runners will learn a simple time and effort-based training system format that is time-manageable, safe, effective and transportable. One weekday workout provided and one long run that will encompass all current YMCA of Greater Syracuse running program participants.

BEGINNER
A 10-week, two-phase beginner running program designed to introduce participants to basic training concepts for optimal fitness and development. Long run lengths indicated in logbooks provided. Must be able to jog easy for 15 minutes.

INTERMEDIATE A 15-week, two-phase Intermediate running program. Long run lengths indicated in logbooks provided. Must be able to run 30 minutes.

Walk-to-Run, Hydro Run, and Marathon/Half-Marathon classes also available!
