Personal Training

Women On Weights

This is an 8 week program designed to assist and guide women in the use of free weights and selected strength
training equipment. Participants will be educated on how
and why strength training is important and what it can do
for the participants. Also, participants will be assisted through
a strength training workout each week. Participants will
meet twice a week for 1 hour. Groups are lead by a certified
personal trainer. The maximum number of participants is 8 and
the minimum number of participants is 4.

Women On Weights II

Take your workouts to the next level. This 8 week training program will incorporate strength training principles with advanced exercises, designed to increase muscle endurance and sculpt your entire body. Participants will meet twice a week for 1 hour. Groups are lead by a certified personal trainer. The maximum number of participants is 8 and the minimum number of participants is 4.

Women On Weights III


In this 8 week class, participants are extremely advanced in their strength training workout. The group is led by a certified personal trainer. Women on Weights I & II are pre-requisites to participate in this class. The maximum is eight participants and the minimum is four participants. Registration is required at the member service desk.

Women's Only Fitness Center

This facility is special to our downtown location. The women's only fitness center offers a private facility that includes treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, dumbbells and a full body circuit machines.

  • Must be 18 and over to enter
  • Only women are permitted
