Prenatal Water fitness at the North YPrenatal water fitness can make childbirth smoother. You'll join other expectant mothers in our pool for a low-impact, fat-burning endurance-building workout.
With expert guidance from a certified YMCA prenatal water fitness instructor, this class leads to stronger core muscles, improved muscle tone, a balanced mood and an erergy boost.
