Barre Body®

This one hour class presents a modern, challenging twist on ballet to sculpt your body while providing a calorie-burning cardio workout. Set to an up tempo and fun mix of music ranging from classical to contemporary, this class targets specific muscle groups through repetitive movements. It incorporates weights, thera-bands, exercise balls, and the ballet barre to build core strength while developing long, lean, flexible muscles.

Express Barre Body®

A 40-minute version of our regular barre class to help you squeeze your workout into less time.


This one hour calorie burning, body energizing class, features hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout that will blow you away!

Zumba Gold

A low impact Zumba. Move to the energizing rhythm of Latin and international music, dancing the cha-cha, mambo, flamenco, salsa and more. All classes are in a user friendly low impact style. Easy on the join, Zumba Gold is designed for people returning to exercise, active older adults and those needing a lower impact class.

Zumba Toning

It's an exciting, Latin inspired dance n' tone program. This is the original dance fitness class taken to the next level. In this innovative muscle training program you will combine cardiovascular dance moves with light resistance training. This class will help you build coordination and muscle endurance. This class is safe and effective for a total body toning workout!


This class starts with a Rhythmic warm up to increase blood flow to the muscles. The warm up leads into a 20-30 minute cardiovascular stepping interval with beginning choreography. However, both high and low intensity modifications will be shown making this a class that any fitness level can benefit from.


Turbokick TM is like NO other class. It's unique combination of martial arts and dance grooves set to the hottest music in the industry. You bill be instantly "hooked" and "punching" for more in this high energy kickboxing workout.

Cardio Craze

This class rotates cardio and strength training stations, complete with warm up and cool down exercises. Designed for all fitness levels in mind, this class allows you to work at your own pace.
