In this innovative muscle training program you will combine cardiovascular dance moves with light resistance training. This class will help you build coordination and muscle endurance. This class starts with a Rhythmic warm up to increase blood flow to the muscles. The warm up leads into a 20-30 minute cardiovascular stepping interval with beginning choreography. However, both high and low intensity modifications will be shown making this a class that any fitness level can benefit from.
