Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30p-6:30p


Registration is required at the Member Service Desk, cost is $85.

WOW classes are designed to assist & guide women in the use of free weights &selected strength training equipment. Participants will be educated on how & why strength training is important &will learn proper technique, using all muscles of the body. A Certified Personal Trainer will lead you through the strength training workouts.
